Terms of Service

Hagir.am is an online marketplace that connects people buying and selling secondhand, outlet and new clothing, footwear and accessories in Armenia.

We provide the platform that lets users list items and contact each other. We are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers and do not take ownership of any items listed.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Hagir.am.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You register with a phone number that we verify by a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

Do not impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the service.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, including the accuracy of descriptions, photos, prices and the legality of the items.

You may not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or otherwise prohibited items, or anything you do not have the right to sell.

You keep ownership of the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it so we can operate the service. We may remove content or listings that violate these Terms.

Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items, the truth of listings, or that a sale will be completed.

You arrange inspection, payment and delivery between yourselves. Please use common sense and meet safely.

Hagir.am is not responsible for the products listed or sold — including their quality, condition, authenticity, description or safety. We do not handle payments between users and do not provide refunds for transactions between buyers and sellers; all purchases are made entirely at your own risk.

We may offer paid promotions (such as featuring a listing or pinning it in search) and subscription plans. Any fees are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Paid features are being rolled out gradually. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Do not use Hagir.am for anything illegal, fraudulent, misleading or harmful. Do not spam, harass other users, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on a real experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or violate these Terms.

The Hagir.am name, logo and the platform itself belong to us. You may not copy or misuse them without permission.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for transactions between users or for any indirect or consequential loss.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using Hagir.am after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Armenian courts.
